Our terms and conditions for services

Hours of Operation:

Regular service hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. Nocturne service hours are Monday through Thursday, from 9 P.M to 1 A.M. A $50.00 Nocturne Service Fee will be charged to all in-store or in-home services provided during these hours, whether the service was originated or completed within that time frame.

Free Consultation:

Lean Fix offers a free consultation via email, person-to-person, or through the toll-free telephone number (1-877-LEANFIX). The company offers to answer any questions related to its products, services, fees, and turnaround time, and it will attempt to answer any questions related to your technical problems and potential solutions. Lean Fix, however, is not liable for the inaccuracy of answers, in full or in part, to questions related to your problems, or to situations that go beyond our control. Lean Fix reserves the right to abstain from offering a free consultation to any customer on the basis of verbal aggression or inappropriate language as reasonably determined by Lean Fix. For toll-free calls, Lean Fix may also choose to restrict the consultation to a maximum of 5 minutes per customer, per call.

In-Home and Pick-Up Technical Service:

  • Lean Fix reserves the right to abstain from offering in-home or pick-up technical service to any customer on the basis of ensuring the safety of our employees.
  • Lean Fix is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the customer by traffic delays, or by any other circumstances out of our control.
  • Lean Fix is not liable, under any circumstance, for any inconvenience caused to the customer by misunderstandings or by the customer's incapability or inability to communicate effectively. Lean Fix is not liable for any computer damage, or any other incident that might have caused the damage of equipment, accessories, or any other personal items that belong to the customer, whether the incident is to take place inside or outside the customer's territory. Lean Fix reserves the right to abandon or postpone in-home or pick-up service on the basis of physical or verbal aggression, or on the basis of emergent unsafe circumstances as reasonably determined by Lean Fix.
  • Lean Fix also reserves the right to abstain from providing service on the basis that technical requirements exceed the scope of our service agreements.
  • Lean Fix sets its own service jurisdiction. For current information regarding our service jurisdiction, refer to our website: www.leanfix.com or call us at 1-877-LEANFIX. For all in-home or pick-up services that take place within the Phoenix-Metro area, outside of our current jurisdiction, a $20.00 fee will be charged. For all services within the state of Arizona outside of our jurisdiction, a $150.00 will be charged.

Customer Responsibilities:

All customers are fully responsible for personal-data back-up. Lean Fix is not liable for the loss, alteration, or corruption of any data caused at any time under any circumstance. The customer is also responsible for accurately answering any technical-related questions that Lean Fix might ask in order to customize and enhance our service.

Payment Terms:

All customers are fully responsible for the payment of any services offered by Lean Fix on their behalf. Payments are accepted and considered "on-time" at anytime no later than the time of delivery. Payments received 24 hours after time of delivery, or later, will be considered late and a $25.00 Late Fee will incur. A $25.00 Insufficient Fund Fee will be charged to all returned checks.
